Netscape users
Place your mouse over the button and right-click on it. From the pop-up menu, choose "Save Image as..." From the pop-up dialogue box, choose a directory and file name (such as POWER.JPG), then click on "OK". If you're using Windows and Netscape 3.0, you can even make the graphic your Windows wallpaper by placing your mouse over the graphic, right-clicking it, and choosing "Set As Wallpaper" from the pop-up menu.
Non-Netscape users
If you are not using Netscape, or these directions don't work for some reason, you most likely can still download the button. In your browser's "Get URL", "Navigate", or "Go to" command, type in the following URL:
http://dcregistry.com/power.jpg
The graphic should now appear by itself on the page. From your browser's menu, look for
"Save" or "Save As". It may be under the "File" menu. If you are using a text-based browser
such as Lynx and want to download the button, type in the URL listed above and download or
mail it to yourself using your browser's standard commands.
Once you have downloaded the button, you can add it to your site as a link back to the Registry
by using the following HTML. In the example, I am assuming that you have stored the button
file in the same directory as the page upon which it appears, and that you have named it
"power.jpg". If that is not the case, the HTML will have to be adjusted. Here is the HTML that
you should use:
<a href="http://dcregistry.com"><img src="power.jpg" border=0 alt="Washington, D.C.
Personal Home Page Registry"></a>
If you have done it correctly, it should look like this on your page:

Thank you very much, and good luck! If you have any questions about downloading or
displaying the graphic, please do not hesitate to e-mail the Registry.
