To pay the bills, I work as a Fault Coordinator for Cable & Wireless, Inc., an international telecommunications company exclusively serving businesses in the United States. CWI is part of a larger British parent company, Cable&Wireless PLC based in London. As a Fault Coordinator, I work with CWI's global customers on all network issues. It is definitely a "people person" job as my pager is constantly beeping.
